The story of light

Darkness defeated

Overlooked in delight

The girl who besotted

Darkness

The girl weeps alone

For darkness , she lost

Emotions turn to stone

"Then there was LIGHT"

But at what cost ?

Dark are my eyes ....

Dark is my hymn

Dark is the sky's

Dark layerd rain

Dark is the colour Of my beloved pain !

And the light-bearers celebrated

Darkness , is gone

With the coming morn

New changes are here

Darkness and fear

Vanquished forever .....

Hail our lord !

For "light", he wished

He's our god !

Darkness diminished

On the edge of his sword !

The girl, stone faced

Manages a smile, pain laced

Stands up and says ........

Your God is nothing

At the end of days .....

"Darkness will be back !"

A Poet Can Never Rest In Peace

A poet can never rest in peace
And forget all his miseries
No choice but to create along
With pearls of pain , a happy song
Even against his own free will
Or does he have a free will still ?

A poet , a prisoner
The same forever
Born a weaver
of tales , believer
Of goodness in man
He concieves peace
But to Rest in it ....
That ,he never can ....

With my tears when you hurt 
Me ,this way, again !

I loved you from the dawns of past
I loved your fragile kiss

A Dream's Abortion

A void and endless feeling sinks
Quick sand gulps life
Lives are death's own missing links
Lonesome faces depicts strife

Slowly ...slowly ...life wanes
Death waits , more than eager
Eyes blurred , blood stained dagger
Slowly ... life slowly wanes

Someone .... a girl .... a song bird
Untold ... a dream ..... never heard
subtle feeling .... fleeting haze
Shelter found .... loving gaze

Of Chances missed and shades of RED,
So much to say ...but never said
You never look back when you make a choice
And Now you long to hear a voice

A Star's Plight

Stars do part
Spirits do cry
Heart does yearn
So does the sky

When the stars part
leaving holes in the sky
rain drops pour , 
Tear drops dry

Dawn drowns the stars,
Drowsy after giving light
through the night !
Takes to bed .....

40 winks , 
A dream of light
One wish to flicker
A star's plight ...

Whatever That Is Left In Me

Whatever that is left in me .....
I keep it aside for you .... my dear
Whatever that is left to say
I already know , so I don't wanna hear


I choose not to see the sign 
I choose not to step out of line 
It's your will to walk away 
To tread on a different passage way

My Shadow ... and the Sun above

If We Meet Again

If we meet again, we two
In orange red Sun and in sky blue
Will the Sun burn the sky?
Embracing the sun will it die?
The sky?

If we meet again, yes again
In grey mist and in rain
Will the mist cry in pain?
And turn into rain?
The mist?

If we meet again, you and me
In some cafe, coffee or tea?
Will you ask me to stay
A little longer than a normal day?
Side by side?

If we meet again, when we’re old,
In closed chapters of tale once told.
Will you tell your children, that you
Were in love with me and us two,
Walked side by side …. Once ?
